Michael L. Ashner is a Principal and Co-Founder of WinOps Management Services. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Winthrop Capital Advisors, LLC, First Winthrop Corp. and Winthrop Realty Partners L.P., a group of affiliated companies that own, operate and provide asset management services to real estate related assets, a position he has held since 1996.

Since November 2022, Mr. Ashner has served as a director of New York REIT Liquidating LLC.  Previously Mr. Ashner served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Winthrop Realty Trust.  From December 31, 2006 to March 20, 2008 Mr. Ashner served as the Executive Chairman and a trustee of Lexington Realty Trust, a NYSE listed real estate investment trust, when Newkirk Realty Trust, Inc. was merged into Lexington.  Mr. Ashner also served as a director and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Newkirk until it was merged into Lexington. From August 2002 until their liquidation in April 2004, Mr. Ashner served as a director and Chief Executive Officer of Shelbourne Properties I, Inc., Shelbourne Properties II, Inc. and Shelbourne Properties III, Inc., three real estate investment trusts.

Mr. Ashner is a Trustee of the Northwell Health System, American Friends of Beit Ruth, Community Development Long Island and a past trustee of the National World War II Museum of New Orleans. Mr. Ashner is a graduate of Cornell University and University of Miami School of Law.

Samuel M. Ashner is a Principal and Co-Founder of WinOps Management Services. He has worked closely with the current WinOps team since 2017 and serves as a Managing Partner at Winthrop Capital Advisors, LLC, First Winthrop Corp. and Winthrop Realty Partners L.P., a group of affiliated companies that own, operate and provide asset management services to real estate related assets.  Mr. Ashner served as the Director of Asset Management for the liquidation of New York REIT, Inc., a liquidating REIT which comprised of 17 assets across 3.4 million square feet and a gross value of $3.5 billion.  Mr. Ashner also served as the Head of Dispositions for Seritage Growth Properties overseeing the disposition of 141 assets across 17.5 million square feet and a gross value of $1.5 billion,

From 2014 to 2017, Mr. Ashner served as an Associate Director at Ladder Capital Finance where he was a member of the real estate securitization and CMBS trading group.  While at Ladder, Mr. Ashner structured, underwrote and sold over $4 billion of real estate related securities. From 2008 to 2013 Mr. Ashner served in the Asset Management, Acquisitions and Property Management teams at Winthrop Realty Partners, L.P.  Mr. Ashner received a B.A. in International Relations from Boston University in 2007 and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University in 2013.

Mr. Ashner serves as the co-Chair of the Board of Trustees for the New York Restoration Project.  Additionally, Mr. Ashner is a Trustee of Beit Ruth, a residential village for at-risk girls in Afula, Israel and is a Trustee of the Jewish Center of the Hamptons in East Hampton, New York.  Mr. Ashner is a past trustee of the Forum on Life, Culture and Society.

John Driscoll is the Principal of WinOps Management Services. Mr. Driscoll also serves as the Managing Director of Portfolio Management for Winthrop Capital Advisors LLC and Winthrop-affiliated companies.  He worked in various roles within Winthrop's Asset Management team from 1997 through 2010 and rejoined in 2017.  Prior to joining Winthrop, Mr. Driscoll worked in the Public Funds Division of State Street Corporation. 

Mr. Driscoll holds an MBA in Finance from Bentley University and a BA in Economics from Fairfield University.

John Garilli is a Principal of WinOps Management Services. He also serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Winthrop Capital Advisors LLC and Winthrop-affiliated companies, as well as served in various capacities in the accounting department since 1995.  Mr. Garilli served as Chief Accounting Officer of Winthrop Realty Trust from 2006 until his appointment to Chief Financial Officer in 2012, a position held until its liquidation in August 2016.  Mr. Garilli has served as Chief Financial Officer of New York REIT, Inc., a NYSE-listed real estate investment trust, and its successor, New York REIT Liquidating LLC, since March 2017 and as its Chief Executive Officer since July 2018.  Since 2022, Mr. Garilli has also serves as the Interim CEO of Seritage Growth Properties, a NYSE-listed real estate investment trust. Mr. Garilli served as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Luby’s, Inc., a NYSE- listed company from February 2021 until its liquidation in May 2022, and serves as a Trustee of its successor, LUB Liquidating Trust.  Prior to joining Winthrop, Mr. Garilli worked for The Green Company, a residential real estate development company.

Mr. Garilli holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA from the College of the Holy Cross.

Joanna Gillis is a Principal and the Tax Director of WinOps Management Services. She also serves as the Tax Director of Winthrop Capital Advisors LLC and Winthrop-affiliated companies and has worked in various capacities in the accounting department since 2005. Ms. Gillis previously worked for a mid-size CPA firm in Boston specializing in real estate taxation.

Ms. Gillis is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University.

Amy Grucan is a Principal of WinOps Management Services.  Ms. Grucan is also the Investor Relations and Executive Assistant for WinOps Management Services. She serves these roles with Winthrop Capital Advisors LLC and has worked with all Winthrop-affiliated entities since 1992.

Barbara Leary is a Principal of WinOps Management Services. Ms. Leary also serves as the Director of Accounting of Winthrop Capital Advisors LLC and Winthrop-affiliated companies and has worked in various capacities in the accounting department since 1990. In addition, since August 2022 Ms. Leary serves as Interim Chief Accounting Officer for Seritage Growth Properties, a NYSE-listed real estate company.  Prior to joining Winthrop, Ms. Leary worked for Ernst & Young.  Ms. Leary holds a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University.

Tracey Martensen a Principal and the Human Resources Director of WinOps Management Services. She also serves as the HR Director of Winthrop Capital Advisors LLC and Winthrop-affiliated entities since 2007. Ms. Martensen previously served as the Human Resources Director at The Greater Boston Food Bank from 2005-2007, publicly traded medical device company Cambridge Heart from 2004-2005 and global consulting firm Arthur D. Little from 1989-2005 in the Environmental Health and Safety, Product Development, and Government Sector divisions.

Ms. Martensen attended Utah State University and Bentley University and is a member of the Northeast HR Association.

Tucker McCready is the President of WinOps Management Services. Mr. McCready brings over a decade of experience scaling real estate and financial technology platforms and advising on private equity real estate investments.

Prior to joining WinOps, Mr. McCready was a member of the Acquisitions team at Brookwood Financial Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing investment strategies across multiple asset classes. Before Brookwood, he held business development leadership roles at high-growth PropTech and FinTech companies including VTS, Inc., Occupier, Inc. and Knotel, where he played a key role in national expansion and strategic partnerships.

Mr. McCready received a B.S. in Business Management from Bentley University in 2014 and an MBA from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business in 2025.

Eric Montague is the Chief Financial Officer of WinOps Management Services. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Winthrop Capital Advisors LLC and Winthrop-affiliated companies since 2017. Mr. Montague has also served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Luby’s Inc., a NYSE listed corporation, and its successor LUB Liquidating Trust, since September 2021. Mr. Montague was an audit partner in the regional CPA firm, Ercolini & Company from 2005-2014 and an audit partner in the national CPA firm, CohnReznick from 2014-2017. Mr. Montague’s clients included real estate developers, construction contractors, property managers, not for profit organizations and higher education institutions.

Mr. Montague holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts and is a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.

Annmarie Pavone is the Principal of WinOps Management Services. Ms. Pavone also serves as the Managing Director of Portfolio Management for Winthrop Capital Advisors LLC and Winthrop-affiliated companies.  She has also worked in various capacities in asset management since 2007. Prior to joining Winthrop, Ms. Pavone worked as a senior commercial real estate paralegal for Rope and Gray LLP.

Ms. Pavone holds an MBA and BA from Suffolk University.
