Lyman Burk & Associates started in 1991 with a DOS version of OPS(Offshore Positioning Software) for the dredging industry.
Previous to this, we worked in surface & underwater acoustic navigation for various private & government agencies throughout
the world. Working with HP computers and Rocky Mountain Basic for many years, we were one of the first to utilize the PC
as a platform for marine navigation applications using GW Basic and Assembly language as early as 1984.
